The Food and Nutrition Security programme contributes to food security and building communities´┐Ż resilience to drought through: Introduction and use of climate smart technologies Training of youth in agriculture entrepreneurship Vulnerable groups Feeding scheme The programme is funded by BMZ (Germany Government) through TDH and covers Lower Gweru area of Midlands Province in Zimbabwe. Coverage: Shurugwi and Chirumanzu Districts.

Children and Youth

The programme targets children and youth with focus on orphans and vulnerable children and their care givers through: Child protection Child Participation and Advocacy Education Assistance Pyscho social support Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights Skills Training Economic Strengthening Coverage: Gweru , Shurugwi and Kwekwe with funding from Stephen Lewis Foundation, Egmont Trust , OAK foundation and Terre des hommes (Germany)

Male Involvement In PMTCT & Family Health

Contributes to the elimination of vertical transmission of HIV from mother to child. (PMTCT) Coverage: 10 Clinics of Kwekwe District , Midlands Province, Zimbabwe through Male Champions : Targeting male involvement in HIV prevention and Early Infant Diagnosis. Giving males a leading role in supporting women and children to be tested, to give birth at health facilities and to return for follow up testing and treatment Funding from PACF through JF Kapnek Zimbabwe Coverage: 10 Clinics of Kwekwe District , Midlands Province, Zimbabwe

HIV Prevention Program

The Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-free, Mentored, and Safe women (DREAMS) targeting adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) in preventing HIV infections through: Social asset building ( HIV prevention sessions) Prevention of GBV.( through gender norms sessions) Referrals ( HTS, PreP and PEP educational assistance etc) Economic strengthening ( ISAL groups ,Vocational training and Job readiness) Coverage: Gweru district with funding from the American people (USAID)

Motivated & Entrepreneurial Youth

MASO in partnership with Hand in Hand Zimbabwe is implementing the Motivated and Entrepreneurial Youth (MEY) Project targeting : Out of School Star Clubs (18-35 years.) through Motivation and Health workshops In School Junior Star Clubs (15-18 years) targeting school children to strengthen the school children self-confidence, motivation and hope for the future through Motivation and Health workshops Coverage: Shurugwi and Chirumanzu Districts.
