The Food, Nutrition and Livelihoods (FNL) department leads in developing resilient communities in Zimbabwe, enabling them to face climate change, economic instability, and health crises.
MASO TeamOur comprehensive strategy focuses on stable income, access to nutritious food, and informed health decisions. We establish sustainable food systems, nurture entrepreneurs through vocational skills training in tailoring, solar installation, construction, carpentry, cosmetology, and diversified livelihoods like fisheries, poultry, apiculture, rabbit farming, mushroom production, greenhouse technology, and horticulture. Through focused initiatives, we reduce poverty and cultivate self-sufficient, healthy leaders.
MASO's FNL programme also incorporates innovative approaches such as permaculture, agroforestry, and community-based natural resource management to ensure long-term sustainability and environmental stewardship.
